Capabilities

What we can engineer, in plain terms.

The technical side of our four solutions. Each capability below explains what it is, where it helps a business, and how we build it so it keeps working after launch.

01 Custom AI applications

Software that reads, writes and decides with you.

In plain terms: an application built around a specific job, where an AI model handles the part that used to need a person to read or write: drafting replies, classifying requests, summarising long threads, or checking information against your rules.

Where it helps

  • Drafting first responses for staff to approve
  • Sorting and prioritising incoming requests
  • Summarising calls, emails or reports
  • Checking submissions against your criteria

How we build it

  • Pick the model to fit the task, cost and data sensitivity
  • Clear instructions and guardrails per task
  • Test sets from real (anonymised) examples before launch
  • Logs so you can see what the AI did and why

02 Knowledge assistants & document intelligence

Answers from your own documents. Data out of your paperwork.

In plain terms: an assistant that answers questions using your policies, price lists and manuals, and points to the source it used. It can also pull structured fields out of forms, invoices, emails and PDFs so nobody re-types them.

Where it helps

  • Staff or customer Q&A over internal documents
  • Extracting names, dates, amounts and line items
  • Routing documents to the right person or system
  • Flagging missing or inconsistent information

How we build it

  • Search over your documents with source references
  • "I don't know" answers instead of guesses
  • Confidence thresholds with human review below them
  • Access limited to the documents each user should see

03 Business workflow orchestration

The steps between your tools, done automatically.

In plain terms: the chain of small actions that happen after something occurs (a form is submitted, a payment arrives, a job is completed), run reliably without anyone copying information from one place to another. Our interactive demo shows a simplified example.

Where it helps

  • Lead intake, follow-up and assignment
  • Booking confirmations and reminders
  • Invoices, receipts and status updates
  • Scheduled reports pulled from several systems

How we build it

  • n8n, APIs and webhooks, matched to your stack
  • Retries, error alerts and a manual fallback
  • Idempotency, so a retry never doubles an action
  • A written map of every step and who owns it

04 AI voice & customer support systems

More conversations answered, with people still in charge.

In plain terms: chat and phone assistants that answer routine questions, collect details, and book or route requests. When a conversation needs a person, it hands over with the context attached.

Where it helps

  • Calls that would otherwise go to voicemail
  • After-hours website questions
  • Appointment requests and rescheduling
  • Collecting job details before a callback

How we build it

  • Scripts and knowledge you approve
  • Clear escalation rules to a human
  • Recorded transcripts you can review
  • Testing on realistic conversations before going live

05 API & software integrations

Your existing tools, finally talking to each other.

In plain terms: connecting the software you already pay for (CRM, accounting, scheduling, e-commerce, email) so information entered once shows up everywhere it is needed.

Where it helps

  • Website forms into your CRM
  • Orders into fulfilment and accounting
  • Calendars synced with job systems
  • One dashboard from several data sources

How we build it

  • Official APIs first; we tell you if a tool doesn't allow it
  • Field mapping agreed with you in writing
  • Signed webhooks and validated inputs
  • Monitoring for failed or partial syncs

06 SaaS & internal business platforms

Purpose-built software for your team and your customers.

In plain terms: web applications that replace spreadsheets and email chains: internal dashboards, customer portals, quoting tools, or a product you sell to others.

Where it helps

  • Job, order or project tracking
  • Customer portals for status and documents
  • Quoting and estimating tools
  • MVPs for a new software product

How we build it

  • Clickable prototype before full build
  • User roles and permissions from day one
  • Staged releases you can test
  • Documentation and handover as agreed

07 Secure design, testing & human approval

Automation you can trust, because people stay in control.

In plain terms: the engineering habits that keep systems safe and predictable. Sensitive actions such as sending messages, moving money or publishing content can require a person's approval before they happen.

What we put in place

  • Least-privilege access and secrets kept out of code
  • Input validation and spam protection on public forms
  • Automated tests for the logic that matters
  • Approval steps before irreversible actions
  • Logs of what ran, when and with what result

A real example

  • This website's contact intake validates every field on the server
  • It filters spam with a honeypot, timing checks and rate limits
  • It can deliver leads by email or a signed (HMAC) webhook
  • It reports success only after delivery is confirmed
  • Automated tests cover each of those behaviours

Elitron Labs does not currently hold formal security certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. If your project requires them, we will say so at the start and explain what we can and cannot support.

Have a process that should run itself?

Describe it in a few sentences. We'll tell you honestly whether automation, AI or custom software is the right fit, and what it would take.
